| The Esses is the most famous part of the mountain next to Con-Rod Straight. This stretch of road joins Skyline and The Dipper. Competitors make a total of three direction changes by the time they hit The Dipper. There is also a total of seven direction changes from here to Forrest Elbow. At the 1999 AMP Bathurst 1000, a HQ holden was said to of cleared the fence in the little stretch | |
